Linder Global Events partnered with the Trust for the National Mall to deliver America’s Ball for the Mall 2025, a purpose-driven fundraising gala that launched a $250M campaign, featuring extensive permitting and production, immersive experiential design, and seamless VIP management beneath the Washington Monument in the lead-up to America’s Semiquincentennial.
Bringing The Experience to Life
With over a decade of partnership, Linder Global Events brought expert non-profit gala management, multi-agency logistics, and signature creativity to the 2025 Ball for the Mall. Working strategically alongside the Trust, Linder produced a two-week build and transformation of the National Mall into an unforgettable evening with 600 VIP guests, commemorating both the Mall’s stewardship and America’s approaching 250th anniversary. Linder led event design and programming in line with B Corp values, prioritizing accessible, sustainable, and inclusive experiences, as well as local partnerships and innovative activations, including immersive photo backdrops and a 360° branded booth. Robust security, accessibility, honoree management, and campaign storytelling were embedded throughout every touchpoint.
Measured Impact: Event Results + Highlights
Delivered end-to-end non-profit gala management on the National Mall, orchestrating complex permitting, security, production, and a multi-week site build to accommodate 600 distinguished guests in a nationally significant setting.
Supported the launch of “Our Monumental Moment: The Campaign for the National Mall,” a $250M initiative to restore and preserve the Mall for the Semiquincentennial and future generations.
Crafted immersive, mission-aligned guest experiences, including patriotic décor, custom photo activations, branded content, purpose-driven program flow, and History, Heroes & Hope Awards honoring leadership in preservation and public service.
Embedded robust VIP and security logistics with multi-agency coordination to ensure seamless experiences for philanthropists, business leaders, influential honorees, Congressional and federal officials, and special guests.
Led creative design development and delivered intentional touches, from red carpet arrivals to branded stage treatments, leveraging the iconic landscape and extending the Trust’s story through digital media, content capture, and sponsor activations.
Built success measurement directly into the event, tracking attendance, donor conversion, and engagement to support post-event fundraising and stewardship momentum for America 250.
Reinforced a cherished partnership by advancing preservation, community, and sustainability goals critical to the Trust’s work as the National Park Service’s leading philanthropic ally.
