Stepping into the Chief Experience Officer role at Linder over the past 100 days has reinforced my belief in the power of great design can transform events into catalysts for connection and change. As noted in my previous post, one of my priorities has been to elevate creativity and design across everything we do, to set a new standard for “strategic convening” in the event industry. Earlier this month, Linder took a major step forward with the creation of the Creative Director role.

How the Creative Director Role Transforms Linder Global Events

If you’ve ever worked with Erin Nichols, you already know she’s a creative force.  Erin has this incredible ability to blend artistry, strategy, and purpose into events, creating that spark that is defining the future of our work.  

I have seen her extensive impact on every event and client she works with, and I am thrilled she is stepping into this leadership role at Linder. As the Creative Director, her focus will center around three big themes driving Linder’s creative direction:

Event Branding and Theming: Erin transforms each event into an immersive brand experience, carefully crafting every visual and thematic detail to honor and elevate our clients’ missions and to inspire attendees.

Event Experience and Sponsorship Activations: Erin excels at bringing creativity to life, turning sponsorship activations into unforgettable experiences and hands on engagements.  She turns sponsorships into stories and engagements into impact, creating fundraising solutions for our clients and unique experiences for all attendees.  These are the moments guests talk about long after the event ends!

Content Strategy and On-Stage Experience: With her incredible event production experience, Erin curates purposeful content and orchestrates on-stage experiences so every element ties back to the event’s strategic goals, sparking dialogue and meaningful transformation.
