One hundred days! That’s how long I’ve been wearing the Chief Experience Officer hat at Linder Global Events. And let me tell you, it’s been a whirlwind. A good whirlwind, where you come out a little windswept but grinning ear to ear.

These past few months have been all about listening, learning, and as always, dreaming big. I’ve spent time with our clients, our community, and our team, and the common thread remains – events aren’t just moments that happen. They’re sparks of many moments woven together with the power to ignite big ideas, deep relationships, and transformations. At Linder, we’ve always been committed to designing experiences that matter, and now, as I reflect on these first 100 days, I am more energized than ever to lead us into our next chapter.

So, what’s next for Linder? For me, it centers on strengthening three key areas that will define the Linder experience of tomorrow:

Creativity & Design: Setting the Standard for Strategic Convening – Events are always evolving, and a passive experience is not acceptable. Attendees are hungry for connection, inspiration, and experiences that stick. That’s why we’re reimagining everything – from how we use space, to how we tell stories, to how we experiment with daring formats.

Creativity isn’t just about a pretty stage or clever signage, it’s about transformation. And our goal is simple, to be the best partner in the industry to convene strategically.

We want every Linder experience to feel purposeful, tailored, and unforgettable. If you leave a Linder event unchanged, we haven’t done our job.

People Forward: Leading with Purpose as a B Corp – Being a B-Corp isn’t just a stamp on our letterhead, it’s a responsibility. We’re leaning harder than ever into practices that care for people, our communities, and our collective futures.

That looks like designing events that prioritize inclusivity and accessibility, support local businesses, and make people conscious choices. It also means taking care of our team, because when they thrive, everyone feels it. It always comes back to the people.

The future of events is human, and Linder is leading by showing what it looks like when people come first.

Technology: Simplifying Obstacles, Elevating Solutions – Events can get complicated fast. That’s why we see technology not as a shiny object, but as a bridge to a solution.

We will leverage technology to save our clients time, resources, and expenses while helping them maximize membership, fundraising goals, and brand power.

We will focus on smarter registration tools, thoughtful AI integrations, hybrid platforms that actually work, financial insight, and ways to maximize your goals. Linder’s goal is to streamline the messy stuff so clients can focus on the magic.

Innovation should never overwhelm. It should feel like a breath of fresh air.

Looking Ahead

One hundred days in, I can say with confidence that Linder is on the verge of something extraordinary.  We are combining creativity, purpose, and innovation in ways that will set new standards for what events can be.

Over the next several months, I will dive into each topic to highlight what these categories mean in practice for Linder.

I am honored to lead this work with a team that brings passion, brilliance, and heart in spades. We’re shaping experiences that inspire action, strengthen community, and spark lasting change.

Here’s to the next 100 days, and all the sparks we’re about to ignite.
