National Museum of Women in the Arts Spring 2023 Gala
The National Museum of Women in the Arts addresses gender imbalance in the presentation of art by bringing to light important women artists of the past while promoting great women artists of today. As the museum’s largest fundraising event, this year’s National Museum of Women in the Arts Spring Gala celebrated a radiant evening to celebrate their mission to patrons, members, and friends. The Spring Gala benefited the museum’s special exhibitions and diverse education and public programming initiatives, allowing NMWA to champion women artists of the past, present, and future.
Attention to Detail
Linder knew the impact of each detail for the Spring Gala celebrated those integral to championing and supporting women in the arts. We highlighted the intentionality of branding and thematic elements throughout the evening, from menu cards adorned with art of a woman’s face, a backdrop with the NMWA namesake to provide the perfect photo opportunity for attendees, beautiful jazz entertainment provided by NYC-based band Carte Blanche, and curated menus and cocktails to celebrate the partnership with the Embassy of Italy for providing the venue.
Event Partnership Success
It is a true honor to work with partners with similar missions, especially a community with a strong goal of empowering women. As the first museum in the world solely dedicated to celebrating women in the arts, Linder’s partnership with NMWA was a wonderful example of celebrating similar values and we’re proud to have had the privilege to execute this event. The Spring Gala was a true celebration of an exciting future for the museum as it prepares to reopen in the Fall.

Linder Moments
With the necessary need to pivot, the Linder team sprung into action after learning the Italian Embassy’s air conditioning wasn’t working and wouldn’t be in time for the event. Our team immediately ordered industrial fans to place around the room in addition to opening all doors to keep guests and partners cool. Thankfully, the night was the perfect spring evening to round out the beautiful event!
Brand Exposure
In addition to overall event execution and consultancy, Linder staffed a videographer to provide assets for the client to help elevate brand exposure ahead of the museum’s reopening in the fall.
