The National Cherry Blossom Festival has been a global phenomenon since 1912, bringing more than 1.5 million people to Washington, D.C. each year to revel in the city’s beauty and experience the singular culture that sets D.C. apart from the rest of the nation. Since 2008, Linder has been proud to be the partnering events agency of the Festival and a driving force in its continued success. Through our strategic guidance, Linder’s team has helped the National Cherry Blossom Festival team dream bigger, achieve astonishingly, and consistently enchant the visiting crowds.

Drawing more than 100,000 spectators and 3,500 participants, including international dignitaries, local government officials, celebrities and entertainers, the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s historic parade is the ultimate illustration of D.C.’s vibrant culture. From inception to execution, Linder’s team ensures that the National Cherry Blossom Festival signature events meet, exceed, and redefine the city’s expectations, year after year. In 2012, Linder’s expert strategy and vision engaged millions of D.C. residents and visitors from across the globe in the unprecedented Centennial Celebration, involving the highest levels of government, our greatest cultural institutions, and top celebrities and performers.
